Children’s Ministry
Impacting Generations
Children’s Ministry is a place where children discover and experience God. While partnering with parents, our goal is to help children develop a real and lasting relationship with the Lord. Children will enjoy being fully engaged in the age-appropriate fun activities and prepared lessons. We have trained, certified staff on hand who have a love for God and are committed to the precious lives entrusted in our care. Teachers use creativity, innovation, and a sense of adventure to keep children captivated..
- When kids are having fun, they remain actively engaged.
- When they are actively engaged in the lesson, they are learning.
- When they are learning they are deepening their knowledge of God and growing.
Safety
We believe that spiritual growth happens best in a atmosphere of emotional and physical safety, so we employ a strict check-in/check-out process to ensure your child is secure.
You will be required to sign your child in and out of the children’s sessions.
Please note that only authorized persons in the child’s record will be allowed to pick your child up.
Our Kids
Nursery (6 weeks – Toddlers)
The nursery nurtures infants through kindergartners. We are committed to providing a safe environment for children to be introduced to God and his love for them.
Babyland
For infants six weeks to 15 months. We encourage parents to bring one diaper bag with labeled bottles and pacifiers. You can expect that your child will be checked and changed periodically throughout service.
Toddlers
Children 16 months to 35 months (that are not potty trained). We encourage parents to bring one diaper bag with diapers, pull-ups, wipes & sippy cups labeled.
You can also expect that your child will be checked and changed periodically, and given a snack. Toddlers are introduced to the Small Group and Sunday School structure through age appropriate songs, activities, and play.
First Grade – Fifth Grade
Children participate in age-appropriate worship service that consists of devotion, announcements, sermon, and offering. The last half of the Sunday morning hour is dedicated to Small Group and Sunday School. Children are separated by grade in classes that teach biblical truths and establish their spiritual foundation.
Volunteer With the Children’s Ministry
Our Harvest Children volunteers and staff are screened with background checks and trained for teaching and fun.
Keeping your kids safe with vetted staff and volunteers is a top priority. Our screening and background check processes ensure we have the best volunteers teaching and encouraging our children.
Children’s Camp 2023
The Children’s Camp is designed to build skills and responses to pursuing God’s Heart, personal responsibility, and leadership.
Our aim is to guide campers toward an awareness of their worth in God’s eyes and making informed decisions and actions.

Baby Dedication
“For you created my innermost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” (Psalm 139:13-14)
The Bible makes it clear how God crafts each one of us uniquely and for His purposes. At Harvest Time, we seek to celebrate the awesome gift of Children by way of a Baby Dedication Ceremony. We walk parents through a parenting class to both confirm God’s plan for raising Godly Children and Godly parents. We are honored to serve you in this season and in the journey ahead. Story Time With Kids
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM
Parents, keep the kids connected during this time and set a reminder for our Bible Story Time!
We Develop Students!
At Harvest Time, students encounter God through biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, missions, and ministry involvement. Our ministry provides several weekly programs that include live music, meaningful fellowship, and relevant teaching. Many of these programs present opportunities for students to creatively express their Faith.
